重庆地区个别正常女性垂直向面部生长型的分类研究

摘　　要：目的研究判断重庆地区女性垂直向不同面部生长型常用指标参考值。方法通过X线头影测量技术对重庆地区160例青春发育高峰期前后个别正常女性进行多元聚类研究。结果获得了判断重庆地区女性不同面部生长型的3类常用指标的参考标准,并比较不同地区判断面型的参考标准,得出与北京地区相比,重庆地区个别正常女性的下颌水平生长趋势可能更明显。结论面部生长型受环境因素所影响,建立不同面部生长型的判断指标具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective To study the reference value of index commonly used in classifying different vertical facial growth pattern of females in Chongqing. Methods By radio graphic cephalometric technology, multifactor cluster analysis were performed in 160 female samples. Results The diagnostic standards of 3 kinds of skeletal patterns were established and compared with those in Beijing district. The female groups in Chongqing with individual normal occlusion had more horizontal growth-tendency in mandibles. The female groups in Chongqing had shorter face than that in Beijing. Conclusion The facial growth pattern is effected by environmental factor, It is necessary to establish the diagnostic standards of different kinds of facial growth pattern,
