摘　　要：运用辨证的方法,归纳和分析了当前图书馆事业发展中呈现出的趋同和求异两种走势。趋同和求异,既对立又统一,在求大同的前提下适度求异,保持个性,有助于推动图书馆事业的蓬勃发展。This paper, by using the method of dialectics, induces and analyzes two tendencies of libraries＇ development： assimilation and dissimilation, conflict while unitive with each other. It suggests pursuing assimilation as well as keeping dissimilation, which will advance libraties/development.
