摘  要:根据目前市面上销售的步进电机驱动电路较为复杂编程也较为烦琐,性能不佳等缺点,现介绍一款新颖步进电机驱动电路,利用移位寄存器作为脉冲分配器,用DAC0832构成细分驱动。经过多次实验,编程实现了对步进电机的转速和转向的控制并且可以精确计算出转过某一角度所需要的脉冲个数,实现精确控制步数这一目的。有步距小、运转稳定、抗噪声干扰强、带负载能力强和等优点。Based on many deficiencies of stepper motor driver circuit in the market. such as complicate programming and bad performance. In this paper, we introduce a new type of stoppering motor driver circuit which use shift register as pulse allOtment l and subdivide to drive with the DAC0832. Through many experiments, we can control an accurate amount stepper with positive and negative turning and calculate accurate amount of Impulse when turn a certain angle. It proved that the driver has small distance of each step, stable operating, good antinoise capbility and strong ablity to take the load ability.
