摘 要:结合常规超声传感器的研制技术,根据检测对象的特殊性,利用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜研制了一种高频、高阻尼、窄脉冲点焊质量无损检测专用超声传感器;通过在压电薄膜、背衬等方面的改进措施以及改进前后的传感器性能的对比,说明了有关因素对传感器性能的影响。对超声传感器进行的性能测试结果表明:传感器性能达到了设计要求,可以用于点焊质量的无损检测。A kind of ultrasonic transducer used in the nondestructive testing (NDT) of the spot welding is depicted. The special ultrasonic transducer has the characteristics of high-frequency, high-damping and narrowpulse spot welding. Some improvements in terms of PVDF piezoelectric 'film and backing are carried out. The performance of the former and the latter transducers is compared, the comparison result indicates the affection of the relative factors to the characteristic of the transducer. The testing results to the transducers show that the performance of the transducer is good enough to be applied in the factual NDT of the spot welding.
