摘　　要：行为保全是人民法院在诉讼前或诉讼中采取的一种民事强制措施,行为保全专注于债务人的行为,其范围适用于避免造成难以弥补的损害案件和损害情形有可能扩大的案件,财产保全制度中要求申请人提供担保的方式在行为保全中也可适用。The behavior protection is a civil compulsory measure that the People＇ s Court performed before of after the litigation. It focuses on the debtor＇ s behavior to avoid the damage or enlarge the damage. The person who asked for the protection by court is required to offer a guaranty.
