摘　　要：大学俄语四级考试是全国性的大规模标准化考试。对历年考试的回顾和成绩分析表明,必须在借鉴国内外测试理论的基础上,进一步提高考试的信度、效度和区分度;必须对测试的总体布局、内容和题型进行改革,加大测试考生语用能力的力度。这样才能把考试建设成能及时、有效地为语言教学反馈信息的、“具有中国特色的、达到国际教育测量学专业标准的、能与国际接轨的语言测试体系”。College Russian Test Band 4 （CRT-4） is a nationwide standardized language test. An analysis of the data of the previous years shows that CRT-4 needs to improve its validity, reliability and discriminative power, in accordance with the testing theories at home and abroad. The test format, contents and types of questions should be reformed and more emphasis should be placed on the testecs＇ ability of using the language. Only thus can we hope to construct a test that ＂has Chinese characteristics but meets the international criteria＂ and that can promptly and effectively reflect the conditions of teaching.
