摘 要:目的研究中药蒙古黄芪的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH 20和HPLC柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和核磁共振氢谱、碳谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从蒙古黄芪中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为5,7,4′三羟基异黄酮(1)、4,2′,4′,羟基查尔酮(2)(、3R)-8,2′二羟基7,4′二甲氧基异黄烷(3)、(6αR,11αR)9,10二甲氧基紫檀烷3OβD-葡萄糖苷(4)、2′羟基3′,4′二甲氧基异黄烷7OβD葡萄糖苷(5)。结论其中化合物1、2为首次从黄芪属中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Astragalus membranaceus Bge. var. mongholicus(Bge. ) Hsiao. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Results Five compounds were isolated from the roots of Astragalus membranaceus Bge. vat. mongholicus (Bge.)Hsiao and their structures were identified as 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxy- isoflavone( 1 ), 4,2', 4 '-trihydroxychalcone (2), (3 R )- 8, 2'- dihydroxy-7, 4 '- dimethoxyisoflavane (3), ( 6αR, 11 αR )-9, 10-dimethoxypterocarpan-3- O-β-D-glycoside ( 4 ), 2'-hydroxy-3', 4'-dimethoxyisoflavane-7- O-β- D-glycoside(5), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from the Astragalus for the first time.
