摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法定量分析仿生杀菌剂邻烯丙基苯酚在草莓果实中的消解动态和最终残留。结果表明,施药处理的草莓果实的果浆用丙酮提取,经石油醚萃取、浓缩和定容后采用高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)方法,在273nm波长检测条件下,标准曲线方程为Y:10.049×-44.395,(R^2=0.997)。经测定,邻烯丙基苯酚的最低检出量为4.2ng,在草莓中的最低检出浓度是0.02mg/kg。本方法的添加回收率为79.7%-84.6%,相对标准偏差1.78%-4.01%。测定邻烯丙基苯酚在草莓中的消解动态及最终残留显示,药剂在草莓中的半衰期为4.40d,草莓收获时药剂的消解率在90%以上。The degradation and residue of bionic fungicide o-allylphenol in the strawberry fruit were studied by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The residue of o-allylphenol was extracted from strawberry with acetone, purified by liquid-liquid partition, concentrated to a small volume, and then determined by HPLC with UV detection at 273 nm, The equation of the calibration curves was Y = 1004.9X - 4439.5, (R^2 = 0. 997). The minimum detectable amount of o-allylphenol was 4.2 ng, the minimum detectable concentration of o-allylphenol in the sample of strawberry was 0. 02 mg/kg. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of the method were 79.7% -84.6% and 1.8% -4.0% respectively. The degradation and final residue in strawberry were determined with the method. The results indicated that the halflife of o-allylphenol in strawberry was 4.4 days, and o-allylphenol in strawberry fruit was degraded more than 90% before harvesting.
