摘  要:目的观测不同胎龄胎心三尖瓣复合体的形态结构,为心脏研究和临床应用积累资料。方法40例非正常分娩的正常胎心标本按胎龄分为4组(≤20周组,21—24周组,25—36周组,〉36周组),用大体解剖方法对其三尖瓣复合体的形态结构进行观测比较。结果不同胎龄胎心三尖瓣瓣环周长平均为2.15±0.78cm,前尖、后尖和隔侧尖的高度分别为0.43±0.18cm、0.34±0.13cm和0.38±0.13cm;宽度分别为0.66±0.29cm、1.04±0.29cm和0.56±0.28cm;前隔连合的高度为0.31±0.08cm;前乳头肌、隔侧乳头肌和后乳头肌的高度分别为0.61±0.20cm、0.31±0.08cm和0.53±0.19cm。结论胎心三尖瓣复合体的各结构随着胎龄的增长而增长。Objective To observe the anatomical structures of tricuspid complex of heart in different fetal age, in order to accumulate data for heart study and clinical utilization. Methods Forty samples of the fetal hearts of ahnomal parturition were divided into four groups according to conceptus ages, ≤20 weeks,21 - 24 weeks,25 - 36 weeks, 〉 36 weeks group. The morphology and structure of tricuspid complex of the fetal heart was observed and measured with gross anatomical methods. Results The average length of the tricuspid ring in different fetal hearts conceptus ages was 2.15 s 0.78 cm; the heights of anterior cusp ,posterior cusp and septal cusp were respectively 0.43 ±0.18 cm,0. 34 ±0. 13 cm and 0.38 ±0. 13 cm;The width was separately 0. 66 ±0.29 cm, 1.04 ± 0. 29 cm and 0.56 ± 0.28 cm; The height of the anterior septal commissure was 0.31 ± 0.08 cm;The heights of anterior papillary muscle, septal papillary muscle and posterior muscle were respectively 0.61 ± 0.20 cm, 0.31 ± 0.08 cm and 0.53 ±0.19 cm. Conclusion The various kinds of structures of tricuspid complex of the fetal hearts are growing with the increase of the fetal ages.
