摘　　要：采用文献资料法,对我国五省市武术散打专业人才培养现状进行深入调查,研究认为:武术散打教师、教练员的知识结构甚至学历需要进一步提高;集约院校优势,创造良好的育人环境;加强理论研究,逐步形成科学化训练体系。Using documentary, this paper investigates the current conditions of training SanDa professionals and proposes its countermeasures like improving the knowledge structure and academic qualifications of SanDa teachers and coaches, building a better teaching environment with the intensive college advantages, and strengthening theoretic research to form a scientific training system.
