摘　　要：该文主要介绍了先压法拉压双作用预应力混凝土简支梁的基本概念、设计原理以及先压法拉压双作用梁在实际工程(花辰中路油墩港大桥工程)应用中的施工技术。拉压双作用梁与同类型简支梁桥比较,具有跨越能力强、轻巧、美观及节省整体工程造价等鲜明特点,很有推广价值。The article mainly introduces the basic concept and design principle of pre-pressed double tensile-press action pre-stressed concrete simple-supported beam and its construction technique in the application of the practical project (Huachen Middle Road Youdun Harbor Bridge Project). Compared with the same simple-supported beam bridge, it has the brilliance characteristics of strong spanning capability, legerity, beauty and saving the integral engineering construction cost, which is worth to popularize.
