摘　　要：民营科技企业是科技创新的重要力量。政府通过改善民营科技企业创新环境和科技中介为其提供市场服务都是民营科技企业提高自主创新能力的有力支撑。本文从政府和科技中介两个方面分析了其在服务民营科技企业创新方面存在的主要问题,探讨了促进山东民营科技企业创新服务体系建设、不断完善其服务功能的主要措施。Private technology-oriented enterprise is the important strength of technical innovation.The governments provide them with market service by improving the context of innovation and agencies of science and technology,which are the powerful supports to enhance the ability of innovation.This text tries to analyze the main questions concerning the service for innovation provided by the government and the technological agencies.And it also explores the main measures to promote the construction and betterment of the service system for private technology-oriented enterprises.
