急性脑梗塞病人血浆中NO含量变化及其临床意义的研究

摘　　要：采用改进的Ｇｒｉｅｓｓ法测定了脑梗塞病人血浆中一氧化氮含量。结果表明，脑梗塞急性期组病人血浆中一氧化氮含量显著高于恢复期组和对照组。在此基础上，结合血浆中ｃＧＭＰ、内皮素、维生素Ｅ、维生素Ａ以及脂质过氧化物等与一氧化氮相关物质的变化，探讨了脑梗塞急性期病人血浆中一氧化氮含量升高改变的临床意义。Nitric oxide(NO) content in the plasma of cerebral infarct patients was meassured with improved Gries's method,The results showed. that NO content in the plasma of cerbral infarct patients in acute stage was significantly higher than those in convalescent stage and/or control. Based on this ,the clinical significance of increased NO in the plasma of acute cerebral infarct patients was discussed combined with the variation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) 、endothelin(ET)、vitamine E (VE) 、 vitamine A (VA ) and lipid peroxide(LPO), which related to NO.
