摘  要:探讨急性脑血栓形成不同时期一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。测定30例急性脑血栓形成患者发病不同时期血清中NO、SOD、MDA的含量。另选28例性别、年龄组成相似的健康人作为正常对照。结果表明,脑血栓形成期,NO、SOD含量显著降低(P<0.05),MDA含量显著增高(P<0.01);脑水肿期,NO含量较前显著增高(P<0.01)达正常水平(P>0.05),SOD含量进一步降低(P<0.05),MDA含量进一步增高(P<0.05);进入稳定期后,NO较前稍降低(P>0.05)仍在正常水平(P>0.05),SOD含量增高(P<0.01)仍低于正常(P<0.05),MDA含量较前下降(P<0.001)仍高于正常(P<0.01)。提示:急性脑血栓形成早期NO含量降低与脑缺血损伤有关,脑水肿期NO参与脑损伤。We evaluated the change of nitic oxide(NO) in different period of acute thrombotic brain infarction(ACBI). Serum activities of NO ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and MDA were determined respectively in different period of ACBI. At the same time, 28 age and sex - matched health persons were tested similarly as the control group. The results showed that the activity of NO and SOD decreased dramatically (P<0. 05) while the activity of MDA increased (P<0. 01) during brain tnrombotic formation. The activity of NO increased almost the normal level (P>0. 05) and this of MDA increased continuously (P<0. 05 ) while this of SOD decreased continuously (P<0.05 ) in the period of brain edema. After 10 days of onset , the activity of NO was lowed (P>0. 05) but it was in the normal rage (P>0. 05) ,the value of SOD rised (P<0. 01 ) and it was lower than this of control group (P<0. 05), the activity of MDA still dercreased (P<0. 001 ) but it was higher than normal (P<0. 01 ). This study suggests that there are relations between NO activity decrease and cerebral ischemic injury in the early period of ACBI, NO involments brain injury in the periold of brain edema.
