摘　　要：医学图像存储与传输系统(PACS)是医学影像领域的新技术,是医院数字化信息化建设的重要组成部分,本文介绍了PACS系统的功能及特点、设计原则、系统实现的目标极其关键技术。PACS是全面解决医院影响数字化存档与通信的综合类系统,是医院迈向信息化时代的重要标志。Picture archiving and communication system（PACS） is the new technological in the medical image diagnosis field.It is important part of hospital information system.This article describes the PACS system goal,tbe principle of design,tbe function as well as Ihe characteristic and critical technologics,PACS eslablishes an effective and integrated system of digital medical image anti communication in hospital.
