试论《格萨尔》史诗中的体育文化

摘　　要：文章通过对《格萨尔》史诗所描绘的远古游牧部落社会中藏民族传统体育文化种类的挖掘,就具有体育形态的文娱体育活动赛马、比射、棋弈、角力、举重、摔跤、马球等做了探究。认为史诗中的原生态体育活动是藏族传统体育文化的重要组成部分,并与藏民族的物质生产和精神生活紧密地结合在一起,成为藏族生产生活中不可或缺和难以替代的文化形态。In accordance of the description of the ancient nomadic tribal society in Gyesar epic, the article finds out the types of the Tibetan traditional sports culture. It does a thorough examination of the creational and sports activities with athletic features, such as horse-racing, archery, chess playing, wrestling, weightlifting, polo, etc. It is noticed that the ancient sports activities described in the epic are the important component of the Tibetan traditional sports culture, and they are closely linked to the production of material objects and spiritual life of Tibetans. They have become essential to life of Tibetans.
