摘 要:目的观察外燥对小鼠气管细胞凋亡与bc l-2基因及bax基因表达的影响。方法30只昆明种小鼠随机分为常温常湿组(A组),温燥组(B组),凉燥组(C组),每组10只。经处理后第14天用免疫组化法检测各组气管细胞凋亡率(%)、bc l-2、bax阳性指数(PI,%)、bc l-2/bax累积阳性指数(AI,%)与bc l-2:bax蛋白表达比值。结果3组小鼠气管细胞凋亡率均≤0.3%;B组与C组bc l-2 PI与AI均低于A组(P<0.01),B组、C组气管细胞bc l-2:bax蛋白比值中bax增加。结论外燥致气管细胞bc l-2表达降低、bc l-2:bax蛋白比值改变,bc l-2、bax阳性细胞以气道炎性病灶或纤毛缺损处多见,提示与外燥分子致病机制有关。Objective To investigate apoptosis and expression of bel - 2 gene, bax gene in respiratory intraepithelium of mice with outer- dry. Methods 30 kunming mice were divided into three groups, including group A (normal mice) , group B (warm -dry mice) , group C( cool- dry mice) , 10 mice/group. Expression of bcl -2 gene, bax gene and apoptosis were measured on the 14th day. Results There was no significant difference for apoptosis among the three groups. Bcl -2 PI and AI in group B and C were markedly reduced compared with group A( P 〈 0.01 ) , and bax gene increased in the ratio of bcl - 2 : bax protein. Conclusion Out- er - dry can decrease the expression of bcl - 2 gene, change the ratio of bcl - 2 : bax protein.
