生姜油抗炎和抗超敏反应作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察生姜油抗炎、抗超敏反应作用。方法用二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀,弗氏完全佐剂引起小鼠足肿胀模型来观察生姜油对急性炎症的作用。用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱发小鼠迟发性超敏反应来观察生姜油对超敏反应的作用。结果生姜油抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀,降低弗氏完全佐剂引起小鼠足肿胀和血清中NO水平的升高。对DNCB引起的小鼠迟发性皮肤超敏反应有明显抑制作用。结论生姜油有明显的抗炎和抑制超敏反应的作用。Objective To study the＇ influence of Ginger oil against inflammation and delayed type hypersensitivity. Methods Ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene, paw swelling induced by Freund＇s complete adjuvant in mice were used to study the anti - inflammatory effects. Delayed type hypersensitivity induced by 2,4 - nitrylchlorobenzene in mice were used to study the antiallergic effect. Results Ginger oil significantly suppressed xylene - induced ear edema, reduced Freund＇s complete adjuvant - induced paw swelling and the level of NO elevation in serum , and also markedly inhibited delayed type hypersensitivity induced by 2,4-nitrylchlorobenzene in mice. Conclusion Ginger oil has some anti -inflammatory and antiaUergie effects.
