摘　　要：教育股份制借用企业股份制的众多制度优势,结合教育自身的特殊属性和规律演变而来。二者有相同点,又有不同点。比较二者异同,有利于廓清模糊认识,有利于具体操作中对于教育股份制的把握。The educational share--holding system has developed from enterprise share-holding system through taking numerous superioritins of it and in the light of the special attributes and laws of education. They have similarities, as well as differences too. Analyzing the differences and similarities between the educational share-holding system and enterprise share-holding system can help to expurgate vague view and property take use the educational share-holding system in practice.
