履带式小型甘蔗收割机物流仿真及布局分析

摘　　要：对履带式小型甘蔗收割机断尾机构前置的形式进行了物流仿真和布局分析,通过物流仿真确定了耙轮、输送辊、喂入辊、剥叶装置、输出辊的相对合理位置,通过驾驶室和发动机的不同位置对比,分析了不同重心位置情况下的履带式小型甘蔗收割机的各种倾翻角.为整机的整体设计做了一定的前期准备工作.Through the flow simulation and layout analysis of pre - positioned tail cutter of the crawler minitype sugarcane harvester, reasonable locations are confirmed for the harrow wheel, the conveying roller, the feeding roller, the leave stripper and the exporting roller. Different locations of the driver＇ s cab and of the engine are compared to analyze the different lean degrees of the crawler minitype sugarcane harvester at different center - of - gravity positions. Some preparations have been made for the whole machine design.
