摘 要:目的探讨如何在传染科见习课开展双语教学。方法对2001级临床医学专业的见习生进行不记名问卷调查。结幂不同英文水平的学生对双语教学有不同的认同态度(P〈0.001)。49.2%的学生认为双语教学的目标应该尽量与国际医学接轨,20.6%的学生认为目前双语教学的目的只是赶潮流;70.9%的学生担心这样会增加专业课学习的难度;61.9%的学生要求双语教学教师曾出国留学或受过英语专业训练;71.8%的学生要求教师有丰富的医学专业教学经验。结论开展临床见习双语教学是可行的。保证双语教学顺利有效地开展的条件是教研室有本专业的双语教学教师队伍、有相对应的教材、学生对双语教学的积极性高。Objective To investigate how to conduct bilingual teaching in clinical internship of infectious diseases. Methods Anony- mous questionnaires were distributed to the medical students of year 2001 on internship. Results Students with different English level held significantly different attitudes towards bilingual teaching (P 〈 0. 05). 49.2 % of them thought that the objectives of bilingual teaching should keep up with the international community, 20.6% thought that bilingual teaching was something like following the suit, and 70.9 % were worried that it might make specialized courses more difficult to study. 61.9% of the students hoped that the teachers responsible for bilingual teaching should receive overseas training or special English training, and 71.8% of the students hoped that the teachers should be experienced in teaching specialized medicine. Conclusion It is feasible to conduct bilingual teaching during clinical internship. A contingent of professional bilingual, teachers, a series of teaching materials, and students' positive attitude are all necessary for the success in bilingual teaching.
