摘 要:目的为了探讨模拟辅助教学在妇产科学临床教学中的应用效果。方法通过在本校1999级、2000级、2001级三届五年制本科生妇产科学课间见习教学中使用模拟辅助教学的经历,以调查问卷的方式,探索模拟辅助教学在妇产科学临床教学中的应用。结果70%以上的学生认为模拟辅助教学对理论考试有帮助;80%以上学生认为模拟辅助教学时于提高课间见习效果有帮助;对模拟辅助教学实施前后二阶段考试成绩对比发现有显著性差异,说明它的作用确实有效;98.5%的学生认为模拟辅助教学方式不能替代临床实习,即使是高仿真模拟人也与真人之间存在差异。结论联系临床的桥梁,是临床实践不是的一种补充方式,随着越来越多高智能仿真模拟人的出现,这一临床实践补充手段会更加完善、不可或缺。Objective To explore the outcome of the simulation assistant teaching applied in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The survey was conducted on the outcome of the assimilation assistant teaching applied in clinical internship of obstetrics and gynecology through questionnaires distributed to 5-year medical undergraduates ( years 1999, 2000 and 2001 ). Results Over 70% of the students thought that the teaching mode was hdpful to their theory tests; over 80% of them held that the teaching strengthened the effects of their break-time internship, which was proved by the distinctive achievements made before and after the implementation of the break-time teaching. Yet, 98.5% of the students considered that the assimilation assistant teaching could not replace the medical clinical practice, for the highly intelligent simulated-man is different from the real man. Conclusion The assimilation assistant teaching mode bridges the theory study and the clinical education. It is a necessary supplementary means for clinical practice, and it will become perfect with the emergence of higher intelligent simulation robots.
