摘  要:用全麦粉分别以多巴和邻苯二酚为底物测定了小麦组合(烟农19×安农0016和烟农19×安农98017)早代(F3)株系的PPO活性变异。结果表明,多巴和邻苯二酚法检测结果具有可比性(烟农19×安农0016)F3代的117个株系相关系数高达0.907。因此,这一检测方法适于进行PPO活性的遗传分析研究。两个杂交组合的PPO活性受两对基因控制,并具有较高的遗传率。在组合烟农19×安农0016中,第一对主基因的加性效应较明显,远大于第二对主基因,而在组合烟农19×安农98017中,两对主基因的加性效应则大小一致。The enzyme polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity of F3 progenies from wheat crosses Yannong 19 × Annong 0016 and Yannong 19 × Annong 98017 were measured with the methods of whole-meal and DOPA or catechol as substrate. The results indicated that PPO activity tested by catechol method is highly significant correlated with that by DOPA method and the correlation coeffient is 0. 907 in the progenies from Yannong 19× Annong 0016. Therefore, these PPO activity assays were very useful for screening breeding materials and genetic analysis. PPO activity of the two crosses are controlled by two major genes and the heritability are high. The effects of first major genes is higher than that of second ones in cross of Yannong 19 × Annong 0016, but for Yannong 19 × Annong 98017, the effects of two major genes are equal.
