摘 要:建立了基于元胞自动机(CA)的生物可降解材料药物控释系统的释药模型,并对基于表面降解材料的基质型以及多腔体微型生物可降解材料药物控释系统分别进行了释药过程的计算机仿真,解决了目前存在的药物释放数学模型只能处理边界条件相对简单的几何结构的问题。结果表明,该模型实现了对上述两种类型药物控释系统的瞬时释药特性的描述,为药物控释系统的优化设计提供了一种新的途径。The biodegradable controlled-release system with large array of micro chambers is a new controlled drug delivery system. However, most of mathematic models of drug delivery system employed now are only applicable to the cases of relative simple geometry and boundary conditions. So a new mathematical model for biodegradable controlled drug delivery system based on Cellular Automata (CA) was proposed. Furthermore, simulations about two drug release approaches corresponding to this new model were carried out, which are biodegradable controlled release system with large array of micro chambers and matrix system respectively. The simulations can describe the transient behaviour of drug delivery system. The results show that the introduced mathematical model can be acted as the basis of a new optimal design methodology for biodegradable controlled drug delivery system.
