摘 要:为研究稻田套播及不同施氮量对小麦产量和品质的效应,采用稻田套播与传统条播两种栽培方式比较的方法,研究稻田套播和氮肥对优质弱筋小麦宁麦9号籽粒产量和品质的调节效应。结果表明,与传统条播方式相比,在相同的氮肥运筹下稻田套播弱筋小麦除籽粒总淀粉及其组分含量高于条播处理外,籽粒产量、蛋白质含量、磨粉品质、面粉品质以及淀粉糊化特性的主要指标均低于传统条播,且差异显著。在江淮地区采用稻田套播方式较利于弱筋小麦优质的形成。增加施氮量则宁麦9号的产量、蛋白质含量、面粉品质和磨粉品质的主要指标提高,但不利于弱筋专用品质的优化。稻田套播弱筋小麦宁麦9号在总施氮(纯氮)量为225 kg/ha、基蘖肥与拔节追肥比例为5∶5∶0的条件下可实现高产与优质相协调。Two planting types, interplanting wheat in paddy (IP) and conventional drilling (CD) were adopted to study the effects of interplanting wheat in paddy and nitrogen fertilizer on grain yield and quality of weak gluten wheat, Ningmai 9. The results were as follows: With the same application of nitrogen, the type of IP, compared with CD, gets higher content of starchand starch components in grain while its grain yield, the content of grain protein and the main quality indexes including milling quality , flour quality and paste traits get lower and the differences were significant. The type of IP was beneficial to improve the grain quality of weak gluten wheat in the region of Jianghuai. The increase of nitrogen enhanced the main indexes of grain yield, the content of grain protein, milling quality while it was unbeneficial to the improvement of special quality in weak gluten wheat. Interplanting wheat in paddy could coordinate the quality and yield with total nitrogen of 225 kg/ha and the N fertilizer ratio of basal dressing to top dressing at elongation stage being 5 : 5 : 0.
