摘  要:以烤烟龙江911品种为材料,测定了田间生长的烤烟下、中、上3个部位叶片烟碱、蛋白质及游离氨基酸等主要含氮化合物质量分数的变化。结果表明:烤烟叶片烟碱质量分数从移栽后15 d开始逐渐升高,到采收前达到最大值,下部叶片的烟碱质量分数高于中、上部叶片。蛋白质和游离氨基酸质量分数移栽后呈下降趋势,蛋白质的下降速率比游离氨基酸高。蛋白质和游离氨基酸的质量分数与烟碱质量分数呈极显著负相关。An experiment was conducted to determine the concentration changes of nicotine, protein and free amino acid in leaves at the upper, middle and bottom stalk of flue-cured tobacco grown in the field using a cultivar Longjlang 911 as material. Result showed that nicotine concentration in leaves increased with time after 15 days after transplant, and reached a maximum value before harvest. Nicotine concentration in leaves at the bottom of stalk was higher than that at the upper and middle of stalk. The concentrations of protein and free amino acid in leaves of flue-cured tobacco decreased with time after 15 days after transplant, and the concentration of protein decreased more rapidly than that of free amino acid. Nicotine concentration exhibited highly significant negative correlations with concentrations of protein and free amino acid.
