摘　　要：利用氨基酸自动分析仪、等离子发射光谱和高效液相色谱仪等仪器,对天目琼花果实中的氨基酸和微量元素进行了测定,并对其营养价值进行了评价,从而为天目琼花的开发利用提供营养学方面的依据。The contents of amino acids and trace elements in Viburnum sargentii fruits were determined by amino acid analyzer, plasma atomic emission spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography. The nutritional value of the fruits was evaluated aiming to provide some references for further exploitation and utilization of V. sargentii.
