摘　　要：民办高校构建和谐校园,同提升领导班子治校能力有着密切联系。当前,民办高校要提高领导班子治校能力,其核心就是坚持和完善董事会领导下的校长负责制,努力提高依法治校能力、团结协作能力、驾驭改革发展能力、处理突发事件的能力、促进公平正义的能力。The harmonious campus building of civilian-run colleges and universities by improving the leading group＇ s management ability is closely tied up with the improvement of the leading group＇ s ability for management. At present, the core of the improvement of the leading group＇ s ability for management lies in adhering to and perfecting the headmaster responsibility system under the leadership of the board directors, making great efforts to improve the leading group＇ s ability for running schools according to laws, uniting and cooperating, managing reform and development, handling incidence and promoting fairness and justice.
