摘　　要：本实验用图像分析技术测定了儿童ＮＨＬ３３例石蜡包埋组织标本的ＡｇＮＯＲｓ参数（数量和面积），探讨了ＡｇＮＯＲｓ参数与临床特征、工作分类及生存的关系。结果显示：１．ＡｇＮＯＲｓ与生存、工作分类及年龄之间差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＡｇＮＯＲｓ数量多，面积大，生存时间短，反之结果相反。２．ＡｇＮＯＲｓ的中位数可做为预测患儿预后更客观直接的指标，大于中位数，生存期短，小于中位数，生存期长。因此，ＡｇＮＯＲｓ可成为儿童ＮＨＬ重要的预后指标。In this study, the number and the area of AgNORs were measured among 33children with non-Hodgkins lymphomas (NHL). The relationship between the parameter of AgNORs, the clinical character Working Formulation and survival was analyzed.The results show:1.There is a statistic significance between AgNORs and survival,Working Formulation and age (P<0. 05). The more the number and the larger the area, the shorter survival is. Vice verse. Therefor, using the number and the area of AgNORs may forecast the prognosis for children with NHL. 2. Further, with the median of AgNORs, we can forecast the prognosis of children with NHL. The survival time of the patients with a AgNORs median was significantly shorter than that of those with a low AgNORs median.Above all,AgNORs is an important prognostic indicator for children with NHL.
