尿素合并放疗对大白鼠walker－256癌肉瘤的治疗作用

摘　　要：本实验以大白鼠ｗａｌｋｅｒ－２５６癌肉瘤为实验模型，分成四组进行不同方式处理：（１）尿素放疗联合组（ｕ＋Ｒ）：（２）单纯尿素组（ｕ）；（３）单纯放疗组（Ｒ）；（４）空白对照组（Ｃ）。从大体病理学、组织学及超微结构等不同水平，观察尿素合并放疗的疗效。结果显示，ｕ＋Ｒ组的肿瘤生长速度明显较其它组缓慢，其瘤重小于其它三组（Ｐ＜０．０１），抑瘤率为８９．８８％，较ｕ组及Ｒ组高（Ｐ＜０．０１），形态学观察结果示，ｕ＋Ｒ组肿瘤组织坏死，肉芽组织丰富。ｕ组瘤组织部分坏死，肉芽组织增生呈退行性变。Ｒ组细胞大部分坏死，血管周围少许肿瘤细胞存活，血管损伤较明显。结果提示尿素合并放疗较单纯放疗疗效为好，可有效地抑制ｗａｌｋｅｒ－２５６癌肉瘤的生长。The combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy has been playing an important part in the treatment of malignant tumors. The principal objectives of the combination are to increase local control, decrease distant metastasis and improve survival rate without increasing normal tissue injury. But the main stumbling block for any new therapeutic agent always has its toxic effects on the critical normal tissues.Considering Urea's tumoricidal effect and its nontoxic and side effect, we designed this experiment (ie. The Effects of Urea Treatment in Combination with Radiotherapy in Walker Carcinosarcoma 256). The effects and mechanisms of the combination of Urea and radiotherapy were evaluated in terms of the levels of gross pathology、histology and ultrastructure.The animal models were rats with Walker Carcinosarcoma 256 (W256) divided into four groups at random. Group one: the combination of Urea and Radiotherapy. Group two: Urea only. Group three: Radiotherapy only. Group four: Control.The results indicated that the tumors of group one grew more slowly than that of other groups and the average tumor weight of group one was Less than that of group two and group three. Among group two and group three the tumors exhibited slower growth rate than that of control group.We have also studied the morphological changes at different levels and the results have demonstrated that the combination of Urea and Radiotherapy can effectively inhibites W256 and is better than Urea treatment and radiotherapy alone.
