β-catenin/c-myc在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究结肠癌、腺瘤和相应癌旁正常结肠粘膜组织中β-catenin、c-myc、表达及其临床意义。方法取85例结肠癌、18例结肠腺瘤和9例癌旁结肠粘膜组织分别制成72点和104点两块组织芯片,采用免疫组织化学法检测结肠组织芯片中β-catenin、c-myc的表达。结果β-catenin及c-myc在结肠癌、结肠腺瘤和正常结肠粘膜组织中的表达差异显著(P=0.034,P=0.003),且β-catenin与c-myc的表达呈正相关(r=0.483,P=0.000),β-catenin、c-myc高表达的大肠癌表现为组织分化程度高,临床分期较低且不易转移。结论β-catenin及c-myc异常表达可能是结肠癌发生的早期事件,但在大肠癌发展中的作用有待于进一步的研究。Objective To study on the expressions and clinical significance of β-catenin, c-myc in colon cancer, adenomatous polyps and corresponding normal para-cancer colon mucosa. Methods 85 cases of colon cancer,18 cases of adenornas and 9 cases of para-cancer mucosa were accumulated and made into two tussuc microarrays which containing 72 dOtsand 104 dots respectively. Expressions of β-catenin,c-myc,PTEN and 13-Aktl proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining to these tissue microarrays. Results Significant differences were found among colon cancer,adenomas and benign para-cancer mucosa according to the expressions of β-catenin and c-myc （P=0.034,P=0.003）.Furthermore,the positive correlation of expression of β-catenin with c-myc wasalso found in this study（r=-0.483,P=0.000）. However, cancer tissues in the cohort with over-expression of β-catenin or c-myc were less facility to differentiate to advanced grade and invasive to focus and distance. Conclusion Abnormal expression of β-catenin and c-myc may be early events in colon carcinogenesis and their roles in progression of colon cancer deserve further studies.
