摘　　要：在现代经济中,企业家人力资本是国有企业改革成功的核心。本文在分析我国企业家人力资本产权制度现状的基础上,对当代中国企业家人力资本产权制度创新进行了较为深入的分析和评述,以期对我国的企业家人力资本理论的研究提供一些有益的探索。In modem economy , the manpower of entrepreneurs is the key to the state -owned enterprese＇ s reform. This article analyzes the present situation of the manpower of entrepreneurs, and make deeper analysis and commentary on the creative system of the manpower of entrepreneurs ,in order to supply some good exploration to the theory research of the manpower of entreprenettrs.
