摘　　要：从风险观的角度梳理出从试图完全控制风险、以不变应变到以变制变的战略管理理论演变历程,并根据风险观的变化对战略管理理论未来发展进行展望,提出战略制定和实施过程中参与主体的多元化、资源的战略性积累以及有机组织的建立将是战略管理理论发展的新趋势。Explores the evolution of the strategic management theory from the risk view and further looks forward to the development tendency of the strategic management theory. It indicates that the diversity of its main body in the process of formulating and implementing, the strategic accumulate of resources, as well as the establishment of organizations will be the new tendency of the strategic management development.
