摘　　要：知识是学习型企业的“食粮”,它滋养着组织的成长。对于中国的企业来说,找出自身的不足,对照他人的长处,才能取长补短,寻求可持续性发展。正是基于此种考虑,本文从技术手段、投资、知识获取及存储、知识共享及应用四个方面分析比较了中西学习型企业知识管理的现状。Knowledge is the food of the learning enterprises. It nourishes the growing of the organization. Chinese companies have to find out their own disadvantages and western companies＇ advantages for sustainable development. This article compares and analyzes the knowledge management in Chinese companies and Western companies, according to the technology means、investment、knowledge acquiaition、knowledge share and its application.
