宫颈癌热放化疗疗效与电镜观察

摘　　要：将120例宫颈鳞癌患者随机分为单纯放疗组(A 组)、热放疗组(B 组)、放化疗组(C 组)、热放化疗组(D 组),治疗结束时评定近期疗效。结果表明,热放化疗组疗效优于其他各组,其他各组的疗效相近。治疗前后用电镜分别观察每组癌细胞情况.热放化疗组对癌细胞的损伤最明显,其次为热放疗组和放化疗组,单纯放疗组最轻。According to the clinical stage of disease,120 patients with uterocervical carcinoma were randomly divided into four groups,that is,the sole radiotherapy,thermo-radiotherapy,radio-chemo- therapy and thermo-radio—chemotherapy group.The short-term effect was assessed after treatment. The result indicated that the effect of thermo-radio-chemotherapy was the best among the these groups.The effect of other three groups was similar.Before and after treatment,the tumor cells were re- spectively examined by electron microscope.It was shown that damage to the tumor cells was most ap- parent in thermo-radio-chemotherapy group,the next was in the thermo-radiotherapy and radio- chemotherapy group,the sole radiotherapy was the slightest.
