摘　　要：颅内血管支架成形术的应用一直存在争议。近年来,新型支架的开发、术前评价和围手术期管理经验的积累使得这一技术的操作成功率明显提高,并发症发生率显著降低,但其有效性和安全性仍然缺乏多中心前瞻性研究的支持。文章就近年来的研究进展做了综述。The application of intracranial stent-assisted angioplasty has been in controversy. In recent years, the development novel stents, preoperative evaluation, and accumulation of periprocedtral experiences have significantly improved the success rate of this operation. The incidence of complications has decreased significantly. Hov, ever, the efficacy and safety of intracranial stent-assisted angioplasty are still lack of support from prospective multicenter studies. This article reviews the recent advances in this field.
