摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫肌瘤介入治疗引起输尿管梗阻的临床病理特点。方法:对7例子宫肌瘤介入治疗致输尿管梗阻病例的临床和病理资料进行分析。结果:输尿管完全或不完全梗阻,黏膜呈慢性炎症,部分黏膜上皮脱落,管壁纤维增生,血管内见有异物栓塞。结论:子宫肌瘤介入治疗可以损伤输尿管,导致梗阻。正确的操作规程和恰当的栓塞物质选择可以减少此并发症。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of obstruction of ureter in the interventional therapy for uterine fibroid. Methods The clinicopathological data in 7 caserobstruction of ureter in the interventional therapy for uterine fibroid were analysed. Results The ureter was completeness obstruction or non- completeness, catarrh, fibre hyperplasia and eye- winker in blood vessel. Conclusion The interventional therapy for uterine fibroid may arose obstruction of ureter. Right work and use interventional matter may reduce syndrome.
