摘 要:对我国普通高校体育理论课教学现状进行了调查研究,研究认为:(1)体育理论课是我国普通高校体育课教学的重要组成部分,是实现高校体育教学目的任务的重要途径;它对提高学生锻炼身体的自觉性,科学地进行体育锻炼,培养终身体育意识和能力以及提高体育文化素养等有重要的意义。(2)目前我国普通高校体育理论课教学存在教学时间不足、教学内容选择有片面性、教材使用人为因素的影响比较大、教学形式单调、教学方法和手段落后、学生体育态度消极等问题。建议:适当增加理论课教学时间,教学内容的选择要突出全面性和终身化,教材选择要从实际出发,更新教学方法和手段,提高理论课成绩在体育总成绩中所占的比例等。In order to gain an insight into and evaluate the current situation of theoretical physical education class teaching in common institutes of higher learning in China in a systematic, scientific and comprehensive fashion, and to provide scientific criteria for theoretical physical education class teaching reform in common institutes of higher learning, the authors surveyed and studied the current situation of theoretical physical education class teaching in common institutes of higher learning in China, and drew the following conclusions: Theoretical physical education class is an important constitutional part of physical education class teaching in common institutes of higher learning in China, and an important approach to the realization of the goals and tasks of theoretical physical education class teaching in institutes of higher learning; it is important for enhancing students' consciousness of physical exercise, helping students do physical exercises scientifically, cultivating students' awareness and capability of lifelong physical exercise, and uplifting students' accomplishments in sports culture; currently, in theoretical physical education class teaching in common institutes of higher learning in China there are Such problems as insufficient teaching time, unilateral selection of teaching contents, noticeable influence of human factors on the use of teaching materials, monotonic teaching form, backward teaching methods and means, and students' negative attitude towards physical education. Suggestions: increase theoretical class teaching time appropriately; highlight the comprehensiveness and lifelong purpose of teaching materials when selecting teaching contents,; select teaching materials based on actual needs; update teaching methods and means; increase the proportion of theoretical class score in total physical education score.
