撕囊镊分核技术在晶状体超声乳化吸出术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨撕囊镊分核技术在晶状体超声乳化吸出术中应用的效果。方法25例(25眼)老年性白内障晶状体超声乳化吸出术采用撕囊镊分核技术。结果术中可安全、轻松地将晶状体核分成4块,缩短了超乳时间,减少了能量的应用。术后3天矫正视力≥0.5者13眼(52.00%),术后1周和1月矫正视力≥0.5者21眼(84.00%)。角膜水肿6眼,后囊破裂1眼。结论撕囊镊分核技术,使晶状体超声乳化吸出术更为安全和有效。Objective To evaluate the safety and effect di- viding nuclear with capsulorhexis forceps in phaeoemulsification. Methods It was used in phacoemulsifieation for dividing nuelear with capsulorhexis forceps. The cataract in 25 eyes were senile. Results The visual acuity of 13 eyes（52% ） was over 0.5 at 3 days, There were corneal edema in 6 eyes and posterior capsular rupture in 1 eye. Conclusions Dividing nuclear with capsulorhexis forceps make nucleurs easier to be divided into four segments and operating time to be shorten, It makes phacoemulsifieatlon more safe and dffective.
