摘　　要：离子液体具有很多独特的物理、化学性质,正引起人们越来越多的重视,被认为是一类可以取代传统有机溶剂对环境友好的新型绿色溶剂,在很多领域中有着诱人的应用前景。文中对离子液体的性质、合成方法以及在萃取分离、有机化学、电化学、催化反应、食品工业中的应用进行了阐述。Ionic liquids, which possess a lot of unique physicochemical properties, have been attracting much more attention as novel and environmental friendly organic solvents that can be used in place of conventional ones. Hence, they have many prospective applications in different fields. In this paper, the current researches of the ionic liquids, including properties, synthetic methods and various applications, were introduced sufficiently.
