摘　　要：目的:探讨微小染色体维持蛋白5(MCM5)基因在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学方法分别半定量检测MCM5mRNA和MCM5蛋白在正常卵巢、卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达。结果:MCM5mRNA和蛋白在不同卵巢组织中的表达趋势是一致的,上皮性癌组织中的表达高于正常和上皮性良性肿瘤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MCM5mRNA和蛋白在不同年龄组、不同病理类型的肿瘤中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MCM5mRNA和蛋白的表达水平随组织学级别的升高而升高,在低分化(G3)上皮性癌中的表达高于高分化(G1)和中分化(G2)癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MCM5的表达可能参与卵巢上皮性癌的发生发展过程,其表达水平与肿瘤的分化程度有关,可能做为新的卵巢肿瘤增生标志物。Objective： To explore the expression and significance of minichromosome maintenance 5 （MCM5） in ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods： Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and immunohistochemistry were applied respectively to examine the expressions of mRNA and protein of MCM5 semiquantitively in normal and epithelial tumor ovarian tissues. Results： The expression of MCM5 was significantly up-regulated in carcinomas tumor tissues （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in MCM5 expression between serous and mucinous tumors （P 〉 0.05）, or between different age groups （P 〉 0.05）. The frequency of MCM5 expression in ovarian cancer showed a tendency to increase as histological grade increasing and there was significant difference in MCM5 expression among G1, G2 and G3 tumor （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： MCM5 may play an important role in ovarian epithelial cancer genesis and progression. It may be a new marker of proliferation of cancer cells.
