摘 要:目的:研究IL-8受体CXCR2在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法,检测45例子宫内膜腺癌、8例增生过长组织、8例不典型增生组织、16例正常内膜组织中CXCR2的表达,并检测子宫内膜癌中微血管密度。结果:(1)相对于非腺癌组织,CXCR2在子宫内膜癌细胞腔侧表达明显减少(P<0.05),非腔侧表达明显增加(P<0.05),并出现胞浆表达;(2)子宫内膜癌期别越晚,CX-CR2非腔侧及胞浆表达越强,与病理分级无关;(3)子宫内膜癌组织中,CXCR2非腔侧及胞浆表达与微血管密度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CXCR2在癌细胞非腔侧、胞浆的表达与子宫内膜癌发生、发展相关,并在促血管生成中有重要作用。Objective: To study the correlation between expression of CXCR2 (IL-8 receptor) and microvessel density (MVD) in carcinoma of endometrium. Methods: Immuno histochemistry was conducted on 45 cases of human primary endometrial cancer tissue, 8 cases of neoplastic tissue, 8 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue and 16 cases of normal endometrial tissue to detect the expression of CXCR2; MVD of all endometrial cancer tissue was examined. Resuits: (1) In endometrial carcinoma, the apical CXCR2 expression was considerably lower (P 〈 0.05), while nonapical CXCR2 expression was higher (P 〈 0.05). Cytoplasmic CXCR2 expression was also detected. (2) As the stage increased, the nonapical and cytoplasic CXCR2 expression concurrently increased with statistically significant difference. (3) Nonapical and cytoplasmic CXCR2 expression positively correlated with MVD in endometrial cancers (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The distribution of CXCR2 in the processes of endometrial cancer progression is altered, which may contribute to the processes of tumorigenesis, tumor progression, and angiogenesis.
