RT-PCR测定肺癌患者外周血中CEA-mRNA的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究肺癌外周血CEA-mRNA表达的临床价值。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR检测外周血CEA-mRNA的表达。结果肺癌患者外周血CEA-mRNA平均水平(1.52±1.44)×104copies/ml,阳性率58.46%,BLD患者外周血CEA-mRNA平均水平624±632copies/ml;在小细胞癌、大细胞癌、鳞癌、腺癌中表达阳性率为50%、41.7%、43.5%、78.6%;健康对照组未检测到CEA-mRNA。结论外周血CEA-mRNA可作为肺癌辅助诊断指标,定量检测外周血CEA-mRNA可作为肺癌微转移的一个监测指标。Objective To investigate the value of CEA-mRNA of peripheral blood in the lung cancer patients. Methods Fluorescent quantitation Real-time transcription -PCR assay was used to detect the expression of CEA-mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer. Results The average range of CEA-mRNA in peripheral blood of those patients was （ 1.52 ± 1.44） × 10^4 eopies/ml.The positive rate was 58.46 % ; compared with those BLD patients was 624 ± 632 eopies/ml. The rates of positive expression of patients with small cell carcinoma,large cell earcinoma, squamous carcinoma and adenoearcinoma of lungs were 50%,41.7%,43.5%,78.6% respectively; CEA-mRNA was not detected in the healthy individuals. Conclusion CEA-mRNA in peripheral blood can be a auxiliary index for diagnosing lung cancer, also can monitor the of lung cancer by quantitating it.
