深圳市初中生艾滋病知识态度行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市南山区初中生艾滋病知识态度行为情况,为学校开展预防艾滋病的健康教育提供参考依据。方法使用自制问卷对深圳市南山区10所中学3 528名初中生进行横断面调查。结果初中生艾滋病基本知识平均正确回答率为55.1%,传播途径为77.1%,非传播途径为67.8%,预防知识为61.1%。态度得分较高,女生和初二学生更倾向于对艾滋病感染者/艾滋病病人采取同情和包容的态度;相关危险行为如吸烟、饮酒、早恋、发生性行为等的检出率分别为9.6%,45.8%,17.5%和1.1%,在性别和年级间差异有统计学意义,一般男生高于女生,高年级高于低年级。结论应该针对不同对象开展不同的预防艾滋病的健康教育。Objective To know the condition about KAP （knowledge, attitude and practice） of AIDS among junior high school students of Nanshan district in Shenzhen in order to provide referanee for carrying out health education on AIDS prevention in school. Methods 3 528 students from 10 junior high schools of Nanshan district in Shenzhan were surveyed with questionnaire including demographieal information, AIDS related knowledge, approaches of knowledge acquired and the need of health, AIDS related attitude and practice. Results The average rate of fight answer about basic knowledge, spreading route, non - spreading route and prevention knowledge were 55.1%, 77.1%, 67.8 % and 61.1% respectively. There were differences between sexes and among grades about some knowledge items; the scores of attitude related AIDS were high. Girl students and students of grade two were prone to show sympathetic and tolerant attitude towards AIDS patients or HIV- infected persons;the rate of some risk behaviors related AIDS such as smoking, drinking, falling in love in school and sex behavior were 9.6 %, 45.8 %, 17.5 % and 1.1% respectively, which was different between sexes and among grades, the incidence rate was bigger in boy students than in girl students, and was bigger in higher grades than in lower grades. Conclusion There are differences between sexes and among grades on some knowledge, attitude and practice, different contents of health education. AIDS prevention should be carried out towards different students in schools.
