摘  要:为使可重构制造系统的重构过程更加快速有效,提出了一种工艺路线和系统布局设计的方法。首先,基于图论构建了可重构制造系统工艺路线的有向网络模型,并采用Dijkstra算法和双向扫视算法,进行最优工艺路线和备选工艺路线的选择;然后,以工艺路线为基础,依据排队论中的相关理论,对制造系统的布局进行优化设计,以获得可重构制造系统布局方案。实例表明,该设计能够适应可重构制造系统快速多变的特征,提高对制造系统已有资源的利用率。To accelerate and rationalize the reconfiguration process of Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems (RMS), a novel method of process route and layout design was proposed. Firstly, a directed network model of process planning based on graph theory was constructed. Dijkstra algorithm was applied to select the optimal process route in the established network model, while the two-way search algorithm was utilized to select the alternative ones. Subsequently, the manufacturing system layout was designed based on queuing theory to obtain system layout scheme for RMS. An example was provided to illustrate how to use the proposed approach. The results showed that the proposed design method could adapt to the dynamic characteristics of RMS and enhance utilization rate of existing resources in manufacturing systems.
