摘 要:为解决传统流程工业企业生产物流不适应现代市场需求的问题,提出了基于订货型的流程型生产物流平衡方法。针对流程型生产的特点,阐述了生产物流阶段的划分方法,构建了生产物流的结构模型、生产能力与物料消耗系数的关系模型.通过建立流程型生产的物流数量和物流时间参数模型,论述了生产物流平衡的最优化建模及其求解方法。最后,通过介绍实例,证明了该方法的科学性和可行性。Traditional production logistics in process industries was not suitable for modern market demands. To deal with this problem, the method of process production logistics equilibrium based on Make-To-Order (MTO) was proposed. Firstly, according to characteristics of the process production, classification method for production logistics was discussed. Structure models of production logistics framework, and relationship model between production capacity and material consumption coefficient were constructed. Secondly, through constructing quantity and time parameter models of process production logistics based on MTO, the optimization modeling method for production logistics equilibrium was studied in particular. Solution to optimization model and heuristic algorithm based on practical production rules were also discussed. Finally, an example was used to show its feasibility of balancing process production logistics.
