摘 要:目的:研究睡莲科芡属植物芡(Euryale ferox Salisb.)的成熟种仁芡实的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供科学依据。方法:用95%甲醇回流提取,通过硅胶、Pharmadex LH-20凝胶、RP-18反相柱层析进行分离,利用化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了7个化合物和1个含有2个化合物的混合物,它们的结构分别为:环(脯-丝)(1)、环(异亮-丙)(2)、环(亮-丙)(3)、5,7,4′-三羟基-二氯黄酮(4)、5,7,3′,4′,5′-五羟基二氢黄酮(5)、异落叶松树脂醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、α-生育酚(7)、β-生育酚(8)和昏生育酚(9)。结论:化合物1为首次从自然界分得,化合物2—6为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents in the seeds of Euryale ferox Salisb for obtaining a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components. METHODS: Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, Phannadex LH-20 and reversed-phase silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Seven compounds and a mixture of two compounds were obtained. Their structures were identified as: Cyclo(Pro-Ser ) (1), Cyclo(Ile-Ala) (2), Cyclo (keu-Ma) (3), 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxy-flavanone (4), 5, 7, 3', 4', 5'-pentahydroxy-flavanone (5), isolariciresinol-9-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (6),α-tocopheml (7), β-tocopheml (8), δ-tocopherol (9). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 was firstly isolated from natural sources; compounds 2-6 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
