转亚洲Ⅱ型口蹄疫病毒VP1基因烟草研究

摘　　要：将亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白VP 1基因克隆到植物表达质粒pB in438中,构建了植物表达载体pB in-VP 1,通过根癌农杆菌叶盘转化法,将亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白VP 1基因导入NC 89烟草基因组中,对经卡那霉素筛选获得的20株抗性植株,进行PCR和RT-PCR检测。结果表明,抗性烟草植株中已整合了VP 1基因。The recombinant plant expression vector pBin-VP1 was constructed by inserting the target gene VP1 of foot-and-mouth disease virus of Asia Ⅰ into pBin 438 vector,and transform the explants of tobacco leaves by agrobacterium-mediated method. Twenly kanamycin resistant transformants were selected. PCR and RT PCR detection showed that VP1 gene was integrated into the genome of tobacco.
