摘　　要：介绍了集散式多轴拧紧机控制系统的设计原理及其在汽车工业网络制造管理中的应用。该集散式控制系统由三级控制体系和两层网络结构组成,实现了企业在螺栓拧紧部分的生产、控制和管理的集成,提高了汽车工业网络制造管理水平。This paper introduces design principle of distributed multi-axis tightening machine control system and application in network manufacture and management of automobile industry.This distributed control system consists of trinal control systems and double-deck network structure, realizes integration of manufacture,control and management in screwing clown bolts part,improve the level of network manufacture and management of automobile industry.
