摘　　要：目的总结躯体形式障碍[1]的临床特点。方法对58例躯体形式障碍患者予小剂量药物和心理治疗,治疗前和治疗三个月后作SCL-90[2]评定,并对临床资料进行系统分析。结果治疗前后SCL-90评定差异显著(P<0.01)。结论躯体形式障碍患者主诉复杂多样,心理治疗为其重要治疗措施。Objective To explore clinical charcteristies of somatoform disorders. Methods 58 inpatients with somatoform disorders were tested with SCL-90 before treatment and after 3 months＇ treatment with psychotherapy and drugs; Results There was significant difference between before treatment and after 3 months＇ treatment. Conclusions There were difference clinical charcteristics of somatoform disorders. It is very important for inpatients with somatoform disorders to chose psychological methods.
